While the Premium is already decked out with features, including access to premium interior packages and a standard hard drive navigation system with 7-inch monitor, customers looking to buy the 2016 Nissan GT-R Coming Soon to Tacoma can also choose to buy one of the supercar’s other trims. The GT-R NISMO is meant for the driver who wants to take their supercar to the next level. While the GT-R is already notable for its high performance stats, coming from a 545 hp 3.8L V6 engine, the NISMO goes even further. The engine capacity is the same, but it’s been NISMO-tuned to put out a whopping 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque. Record-breaking performance and an aerodynamic super sports-style design make the NISMO a leader among sports cars.

Features of the 2016 Nissan GT-R Coming Soon to Tacoma

The Nissan GT-R Black edition focuses on the driver’s experience; a special black/red leather interior and highly-supportive, distinctively-designed seats make the connection between driver and car “even more intimate”, according to Nissan. A dry carbon fiber spoiler adorns the rear of the car, and is lighter and stiffer than a traditional spoiler. Owners of the Black edition will find that it corners and handles better.

For the model’s 45th anniversary (the GT-R first premiered as the Nissan Skyline GT-R in 1969) Nissan is putting out a special limited-edition version of the 2016 Nissan GT-R Coming Soon to Tacoma. The 45th Anniversary Gold Edition features a special gold paint, a commemorative emblem on the center console, and a gold-tone VIN plate in the engine bay. A special 50:50 coolant mix is optional, as are hand-stitched leather seats.
